Payment is due at time of service.  Gratuity is not accepted.

A Superbill is provided on request if your insurance covers Acupuncture.   If you are unsure of your coverage, e-mail me and I can provide you with a form to guide you through a phone call with your insurance company that will help yo to understand Out of Network Acupuncture benefits.
